Dry sailed at Kits Yacht club. Minimum class weight
Completely re gelcoated in 2007. Keel templated, faired, and epoxied
New Mast and standing rigging 2006 complete with Harken furler
Running rigging 2007-09 with Harken equipment throughout; including center cleating traveller system and tapered mainsheet
5 HP 2 stroke Merc outboard
New windows, slider and companionway
Galvanized dolly
VHF, battery & charger, complete set boards and cushions,life sling, rescue ladder, anchor, compass etc.
Complete set of sails
Boat not used 2009 and very little in 2008. Virtually no use since re-furbished
Boat DRY -no leaks!

Roy,
Don't forget that 251 has won the 242 North American championships at least twice I know of '94 and '96. It is quite possible that boat is the most winning 242 ever.
