Dave Perry - a legendary and foremost Racing Rules of Sailing expert, Racing Rules author of many books, and Chair of the US Appeals Committee - put on a highly informative and entertaining Racing Rules of Sailing online seminar last week (March 2026) for the American Model Yacht Association.  

There were over 270 attendees (a record for him) from all across the Americas.  The recordings are now available on YouTube and can be found below.  "When 2 boats meet" can be fun when people know the rules.  Whether you actively race or not, this is a wonderful seminar and Dave makes it a lot of fun.
