A: Three course Steak Dinner:
- Organic greens, heirloom tomatoes, julienne cucumber, balsamic dressing
- Main course of Top Sirloin Steak, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, red wine demi
- Baked New York Cheesecake with Coulis
Optional Main courses:
B: - BC Wild Salmon, seasonal vegetables, fruit salsa and rice
C: - Roasted Mediterranean Butternut herb squash Risotto

- How many Member ($60) and non-Member ($70) tickets you sent her an e-transfer for
- The names of yourself and any guests you paid for
- How many of the Steak, Salmon, or Risotto dinners you are ordering
