Phil Cragg and Reto Corfu have provided an excellent service for the English Bay Fleet.  Their "Tuning Series" has provided a 'relaxed' opportunity for boats to get out and do some shorthanded practice. A welcome option during this time of pandemic.  Boat crews are expected to follow Dr. Bonnie Henry's public health guidelines and to maintain social distancing when off the water during launching and de-rigging.
